We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging whenever possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, final-sale items when clearly marked, or items that are not in returnable condition.

How To Start A Return

To start a return, contact us at superwingshome@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions, including where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Method

Approved returns are handled by mail. Please contact us before mailing any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

For ordinary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We usually process approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
