Refund Policy
We want every customer to receive their Super Wings toys in good condition and enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at superwingshome@gmail.com and we will help review the issue.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging whenever possible. You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing important parts, or returned without approval may not be accepted.
How To Start A Return
To start a return, contact us at superwingshome@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to mail your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Method
Approved returns are handled by mail. Please contact us before mailing any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return Shipping Cost
For ordinary returns, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at superwingshome@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue quickly.
For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement, replacement parts, an exchange, a refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation. In many cases, a replacement is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
Replacement-First Support
Because many Super Wings toys are collectible character toys and playsets, we usually try to solve product issues with a replacement, replacement part, or exchange first when this is practical and fair for the customer.
This does not remove your right to request a return within the 30-day return window. It simply means our support team may first offer the fastest practical solution for the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without approval.
Gift cards, if offered, are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible approved returns.
