Shipping Policy

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

United States shipping costs

Standard shipping for items in our general and small sound-and-light shipping groups is currently $8.00 USD. Other product groups or mixed orders may have different charges. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the final shipping options and total before paying.

Eligible U.S. orders with a qualifying subtotal of $99 USD or more receive automatic free shipping; no code is needed. Shipping rates over $50 USD are excluded from this offer. The applicable discount is shown at checkout.

Availability and dispatch

The usual processing estimate below applies to available items. If a product page asks you to confirm availability or dispatch, that notice takes priority: contact us before ordering, particularly for birthdays or other deadlines. Processing time is separate from transit time, which starts after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Most orders are processed Monday through Friday and handed to the carrier within 48 hours after payment is completed, excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship orders quickly, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because transit times may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier volume, and local conditions.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped primarily with Yanwen Express. Orders shipped to the United States, Russia, Germany, and other supported destinations may be shipped using Yanwen Express or another available carrier depending on the destination and shipping route.

Holidays

We do not ship on major holidays, including New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Labor Day, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day.

Orders placed on weekends will usually be processed the following business day. Orders placed during holidays will usually be processed on the next business day after the holiday period.
